Can I calculate age on a past or future date?
Yes. Enable the specific-date option and enter any valid Gregorian date from 1900 to 2100 on or after the date of birth. The birthday countdown is measured from that date, not necessarily from today.
Find your age in English, Bangla and Hijri calendars. Enter your Gregorian date of birth and calculate for today or a date you choose.
Your age, birth dates and birthday countdown will appear here.
Bangla dates apply Bangladesh’s revised 2019 rules, including projections for older dates. Hijri uses an arithmetic civil calendar and may differ from local moon sightings. These results measure elapsed calendar age, not legal eligibility.
Choose your birth day, month and Gregorian year. Leave the specific-date option off to calculate your age today, or turn it on to enter a reference date. Select Calculate age to see completed years, remaining months and days in three calendars. The year fields accept English or Bangla digits.
All three results describe the same time interval. Gregorian and Bangla years divide solar years into different months, while an arithmetic Hijri year has 354 or 355 days. A Hijri age can therefore show more completed years. Total days lived stays the same across calendars.
A completed month is counted at the corresponding day of the target month. If that day does not exist, the last day of the month is used. For example, 31 January to 28 February 2025 is one month. A 29 February birthday is treated as 28 February in a non-leap year for this calculator’s age and Gregorian birthday countdown.
Someone born on 15 April 2000 is 26 years, 6 months and 4 days old on 19 October 2026 in the Gregorian calendar. The next Gregorian birthday is 15 April 2027. Enter those two dates using the specific-date option to try the calculation.

No. This tool uses a deterministic arithmetic civil calendar with a 30-year leap cycle. Local observation, sunset boundaries and official lunar calendars may differ. It does not determine religious observance dates.
The Bangla age and birth season use Bangladesh’s revised 2019 calendar. The same rules are extended to earlier birthdays, so historical dates may differ. West Bengal panjikas are not used for this age calculation.
