Paste Unicode Bangla typed with Avro and convert it to Bijoy ANSI for SutonnyMJ and legacy publishing. Start with the Bangla text you have already typed in Avro.
Your text stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Avro is a keyboard input tool, not a separate text encoding. This converter accepts Bangla text produced in Avro’s Unicode mode and changes it to Bijoy ANSI. If Avro is set to ANSI output, check the source format before converting.
Copy the converted result into the target publishing application, select that text and apply SutonnyMJ or a compatible Bijoy font. Review the page layout after applying the font, especially line endings and complex letters. Changing only the font on Unicode text does not convert its character encoding.
Bijoy stores Bangla glyphs in ANSI character positions. Without the matching legacy font, the same codes display as Latin characters or symbols. That appearance is expected, not a conversion error. Keep the output intact and apply the correct font in the receiving application; do not replace those Latin-looking characters by hand.
Compare Avro to Bijoy results for sentences, numbers, conjuncts and vowel placement.
No. This tool converts existing Bangla text between Unicode and Bijoy ANSI. Type your phonetic spelling in Avro first, then paste the resulting Bangla here. Bijoy to Avro returns Bangla letters, not Latin phonetic keystrokes.
Paste Bangla from a modern app into the Unicode input panel and press Convert. Copy the resulting legacy codes into the publishing program that requires them, then choose a compatible Bijoy font.
Use SutonnyMJ, or the compatible Bijoy font requested by your print shop. A Unicode Bangla font will not interpret the legacy character positions as intended.
The output contains legacy character codes rather than ordinary Unicode Bengali letters. Your browser may show Latin letters and symbols because it is using a modern font. The target application must render those codes with the matching legacy font. You can convert Bijoy to Unicode here.
